Education, Program Development & Collaborative Projects

I enjoy collaborating with organizations, universities, schools, treatment programs, and healthcare systems seeking to develop accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed educational programming.

I bring 17 years of clinical experience, ongoing professional development, lived experience, creativity, and a passion for making complex concepts understandable and accessible to diverse communities.

Examples of collaborative projects may include:

  • Curriculum development

  • Program development and enhancement

  • Trauma-informed educational content

  • Neurodivergent-affirming resources

  • Plural-friendly and culturally responsive materials

  • Staff education and training support

  • Resource and worksheet development

  • Consultation regarding implementation of trauma-informed practices

As one example, I developed a 12-week trauma-informed mindfulness curriculum designed for use in outpatient and inpatient behavioral health settings. My interest lies not only in creating educational content, but also in helping organizations translate clinical knowledge into practical, compassionate, and accessible programming.

I enjoy working alongside teams to bring ideas to life while considering best practices, cultural humility, accessibility, and the diverse needs of the people being served.

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing environments are strengthened when education, clinical knowledge, lived experience, creativity, inclusion, and human dignity are considered together.
