From the Creator:

Using my own lived experience and innovating in a different way, I’ve also created two sets of emotional flashback cards which I offer as a free download, and will have printed sets available to buy.

They are inspired by Pete Walker’s ’13 Steps to manage an emotional flashback’ within his book ‘Complex PTSD: From surviving to thriving’. It was the first time I’d heard of emotional flashbacks, and it changed my life"

Inner Active Cards for Learning about Parts Work

We all have parts. A part of me wants to do this, and a part of me feels and wants to do that. It can be that simple. It's important to be curious about our parts, their needs, and their function.  At some point, this part behaved in a way that was necessary for survival. These cards are not a must have. There are other ways to coming to know and be curious about your parts; however, these cards can help in giving you the words that you may not have in identifying your parts and their needs and function.
